17 year old Sara Smile is the envy of all the girls at school - beauty, brains, money a great family, on the surface she has it all - but she is desperately lonely.

When she meets Simon at a family party, she embarks on a whirlwhind romance. Suddenly her life begins to change...As her relationship grows stronger, Sara realises how much she depends on Simon. Unfortunately her life begins to unravel.

This is a very moving portrayal of a young person’s rapid descent into the world of heroin addiction and the resulting devastation.
